The Membership in general of the Association shall be composed of the alumni brods of the Alpha Sigma Fraternity – Nueva Ecija Chapters. An Alumnus is defined as one who is no longer enrolled in NE colleges & universities, nevertheless, an alumnus who pursues further studies in NE schools shall remain a member of the Association, notwithstanding the fact that his residency with the Fraternity is revived. Once a brod is always a brod.

Any member may be invited to become a lifetime member. A lifetime member is someone who has paid for lifetime membership and shall be exempted from the annual dues.
